Technology Plan
As Principal of Pinellas Preparatory Academy I wear many hats. One of them is IT Director, since the school does not have one. I am intimately aware of the network, it’s operations, policies, and structure. I trouble shoot issues as they arise, manage the policy, and oversee the school’s network infrastructure. I have also developed plans for how the school will grow and use technology in the future. The current project is a plan which will implement a 1:1 laptop program at the school over the next seven years (Pinellas Preparatory Academy’s Technology Plan Draft). I am a strong proponent of ubiquitous use of computers and technology in the classroom and am frequently providing support and training to teachers as they try to incorporate various technologies in their classrooms.
